VINCI are a force of nature: four lads from Dublin. One from Rome. Debut single “Lions” was named the best song of 2017 . Now the band is back with their third single “We Are Ghost”.
“The video depicts the quiet struggle of anxiety and depression. It gives a glimpse into what it’s like to hide those struggles from the world and the impact that can have on a relationship.
We hope that everyone experiencing this at the moment can relate and see you are not alone. But also, to see that it doesn’t have to prevent you from setting goals and chasing the things you want.
We are so incredibly grateful to be in the position we are today. We almost gave up on music at one point. Stopped playing and stopped writing. Now we’re releasing our own music, playing shows to crowds of people that only want to see us do well and have an opportunity to do things like this. It’s incredible how things can change with time and it’s only the beginning.
‘We Are Ghosts’ is as much about a relationship breaking down as it is about leaving a part of us in the past and being re-born.
