Idaho based indie rock quartet, Runaway Symphony, mark their musical comeback with the thought-provoking and melodic cracker that is ‘Fever Dream’. Recorded at Cider Mountain Studios in their home state, ‘Fever Dream’ is an intimate and layered track that deals with the relentless inevitability of time, and how we choose to embrace, or ignore, the fleeting moments of our lives along the way. “All is now, the world is a moment, rolled into razor wire,” sings vocalist Daniel Botkin. “And all I love is cut by the hands of time.” Drawing on inspiration from bands like Arcade Fire, Fleet Foxes and Bon Iver, ‘Fever Dream’ was chosen as the first single to be released from the band’s upcoming full-length album Phantasmascope, which is scheduled for release next month. We at Indie Top 39 cannot wait to hear it!

All the moments we experience in life are fleeting if we allow them to be. Time stubbornly pushes on, but each moment it presents us with is an opportunity to cherish and show gratitude for every person and experience that exist in our lifetimes.
Music to us is a perfect delivery system for storytelling and pointing out the nuances in life that we all share.
