Atlanta-based artist Ethan Senger is no stranger to the Indie Top 39 family! His previous release, ‘Love Gets Me Nowhere’, reached number one on our chart, and ever since, we’ve been following his budding musical career. On his brand new release, ‘I’m Fine’, the talented singer/songwriter explores the all-too-familiar subject of unrequited love in the most elegant and impactful way. Warm and soul-stirring vocals combine effortlessly with cinematic instrumentation to produce a song that truly tugs at the heartstrings. It’s not all doom and gloom though, as Senger takes the listener on an emotional journey of highs and lows, ending with a message of hope as opposed to one of despair.
Inspired by the likes of John Mayer, The Goo Goo Dolls, Rob Thomas, U2, and The Police, Ethan Singer is a musician who just continues to go from strength to strength. We can’t wait to hear what he does next!
‘I’m Fine’ is a beautifully warm and introspective look at unrequited love from an artist who never fails to impress!

What does the song mean to you?
It’s about unrequited love.
When did you realise that music is what you wanted to do?
I found music at a really early age, and started playing at the age of 7. It was always a big part of my life, and a dream I had from a very young age. When my friends started choosing colleges they wanted to attend, that’s when I knew I was going to play music for a living.
Please finish the sentence – Music to me is…
An expression of who you are. It conveys what you feel in the moment. I love how genuine that is.
What does success mean to you?
The most important part of success for me is mental happiness. I definitely have goals and a certain amount of financial success that I want to achieve. But most importantly, a genuine day to day happiness is important do me. I just want to enjoy each day, and live it to the fullest.
