SACHA. is the musical project of Australian based rapper and lyrical extraordinaire Daniel Norman. His brand new single, ‘Heart of Stone,’ is the second to be released from the artists upcoming EP, and showcases a musician who’s found his sound. With powerful and confident bars over guitar laced funky melodies, and banging drum beats, SACHA. is on to something! Working again with the extremely talented CANDILIUM, ‘Heart of Stone’ is a song about chasing your dreams, overcoming your doubts, and finding your place in this crazy world. Drawing inspiration from artists like the late Mac Miller, Joey Badass and Kendrick Lamar, SACHA. teamed up with Danish producer-collective NOEGO for his beats. The rapper lived in Denmark for a year and a half, and he couldn’t have picked a better team to work with. If the remaining four tracks of his upcoming EP or anywhere near as good as ‘Heart of Stone,’ we’re in for a treat!
‘Heart of Stone’ is an instant winner! A banging tune that showcases a confident and ever-improving musician.

What does the song mean to you?
This song is about chasing your dreams and aspirations, but also having moments of doubt. On the hook you can hear me sing: “Tell me what you really wanna be, I, I don’t really know just what they see, why?” Looking myself in the mirror and asking, what do you really want to be? Can you see what they see? That sort of thing. Also, in a relationship context, seeking to know whether or not your partner would really ride for you, and if they will really remain, can they break this heart of stone?
Music to me is the most important thing humanity has to offer.

What would your life be like without music?
I feel like life without music would be impossible. Not because it would be too bland or too boring or anything like that, but because it’s impossible to separate music from life. It’s in the songs of birds, the sound of thunder, and simple speech. Its everywhere. I see all of existence as one massive harmonic fractal.
What does success mean to you?
Success to me personally, at this point in my life, would be creating art which touches humanity on a large scale and affects some type of positive change for the collective. I think success probably in a broader sense would be lasting happiness, contentment, and fulfillment.
