A hard-punk duo based in Bristol, Polemics got their discography off to a cracking start, with the release of their debut EP Conflict, in the July of this year. But even during the duo’s mix-down sessions of Conflict, Polemics already had their sights on releasing more bangers soon after. And what was up their sleeve following their first EP was not one, but two new singles. And while we loved both of these singles, we felt that we had to go for ‘Hegemon’, a track whose instantaneous dynamic energy had remarkable gravitation feel that just sucked us right in. This track definitely goes to show that Polemics still have plenty of energy to burn in 2020, and it also ramps up our excitement even more towards the possibility of witnessing this music live in the near future.
