Can you feel it? It’s a new day, it’s new life… and I’m feeling good. Yes. 2021 is past and there is no better way to remember the year that have passed than by reflecting on it. No wonder so many of us tend to look at what we achieved and take the time to plan and set some goals.
For us, the best way to reflect is to travel in time and listen to all the songs and amazing artists we have discovered. And this year there were so many of them.
Even though we slipped this time around and the weekly chart wasn’t consistent, we feel like that was more of a one off and we promise to deliver chart going forward every Monday starting the 10th of January.
in 2021 we had 350 songs that entered our Weekly Chart. Out of them, 23 managed to reach the top spot.
Best 13 songs of 2021 belong to:
- Bay Bryan » Sticky Shadows
It is no surprise that we absolutely feel in love with Bay Bryan. We already named ‘Sticky Shadows’ as the best song of the year that we featured on New Music Sunday earlier. And now it’s time for a big reveal. ‘Sticky Shadows’ blew our mind away and it spent a whopping 7 weeks at the top spot. The other 3 weeks were spent at number 2. So without a doubt, ‘Sticky Shadows’ is crowned as the song of the year!
